Why malaga, Axarquia, Costa del Sol.

Allow us to present ourselves. We are a registered Real Estate Company with 5 years of experiance, thinking about expansion. We established a network and at this moment we have access to 15.000 properties in Andalucia. Most of our time we are active at the East-Coast of Malaga, more specific in between Malaga and Nerja and its inland.
This region, called Axarquia, is surrounded by many National Parks, such as the Sierra Tejeda and the magnificent Sierra Nevada. After only one hour drive you reach this beautifull walk and ski resort, the highest in Europe with more than 70km Piste, assuring you at least 5 months of guaranteed snow fun a year.
As well, as you will know, we are surrounded by the most interesting cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Malaga, each of them with their own history and culture, pearls of beauty.
Thanks to the protection of the surrounding mountains, Axarquia is said to have the best micro-climat of Europe, with +/- 16 degrees celcius in the coldest month and 29 degrees celcius in the summer, it guarantees 320 sunny days a year.
In this part of Spain you still may taste the authenticity of the small white villages, so tipical and picturesque, and inspite of the enormes positive development of this region, enjoy , untill now, rather reasonable prices. The choice you can make when you get up in the morning whether to have a quiet day at the beach or a day of ski-ing in the Sierra, is the ultimate luxe which you can attain within 2,5 hours from your home country.
Thanks to a good infrastructure for which we are very grateful to europe, and a fantastic functioning airport in Malaga, still in development, all this becomes possible.
Every day from malaga, 5 flights leave for Brussels, 2 for Rotterdam, another 5 for Amsterdam and at least 25 and more to England. The low budget companies make it possible to travel in a pleasant and quick way, for almost everybody.
